Before proceeding with the following procedures in the premises of this studio. Our artists will brief clients on the process and the risks involved, followed by asking a list of questions to determine the suitability and safety of the procedures to the following client. This is to ensure no health complications occurring during and after the procedures, clients are to be fully aware of the risks involved, and to be completely open about any health conditions in which they suffer and/or past allergic reactions towards a specific ingredient(s). An Indemnity Form will be explained in full detail, upon signing the form,

Proceed with the procedures in which the company will not be held liable for any costs of reputation loss and/or medical fees resulting from that particular procedure. A patch test can (optional, fully decided by client involved) be performed if clients are unsure of their allergies and/or underlying/suspected health conditions which makes them more susceptible to infections and disfigurements (often due to severe/non severe epidermal infections (Contact Dermatitis, Smudging and/or flaking which will affect the end of a tattoo), and clients will be advised to consult their G.Ps, Physicians and/or Specialists to gain approval before deciding so as to prevent any major/minor cosmetic scarring and/or fatal complications if certain health conditions are not mentioned in the Indemnity Form.

 

Our artists are working on a very tight appointment schedule. We would like to seek your kind understanding towards our requirement to secure your appointments with a $50 deposit; which will be offset from the first session.

In any case of no show or last minute cancellations, it will be

Forfeited. This is to protect our artists’ losses, in futile travel/transportation costs, workstation preparation (sketches, Inks prepared) costs and the missed opportunity of scheduling other clients in that time slot. A prior notice of at least 5 days in advance will be Valid for a non-forfeitable reschedule.
